Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement of law. As soon as we become aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not discernible at the time the link was created. However, continuous monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement of law. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us accordingly. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.

Data protection
It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, e-mail address, description and pictures of the tattoo) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or we are legally obliged to do so.

Transfer of data to third parties
In order to process your inquiries efficiently, we use services from external providers:

  • Make.com
We use make.com to automate the routing of your inquiries. Make.com processes the data that you enter via our contact form in order to send it to us by email. Here, too, we have concluded an AV contract, which ensures data protection-compliant processing in accordance with the GDPR. Your data is processed by these service providers exclusively to process your request and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
  • Webflow
We host our website with Webflow. The provider is Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). When you visit our website, Webflow collects various log files, including your IP addresses.

The processing is carried out exclusively to process your request and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
  • Netcup

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, as we have a legitimate interest in providing our website securely and error-free.

Order processing
We have concluded an order processing contract (AVV) with the above-mentioned providers. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that they only process the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Data transfer and security
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties. However, we use all technical and organizational measures to protect your data in the best possible way.

Objection to promotional emails
The use of contact data published as part of the legal notice obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly rejected. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
